GROWING OLDER GRACEFULLY

This five week program is a series of sessions with a mixture of input, discussion, prayer and reflection. You will explore attitudes to ageing, the way we handle changes that come with ageing, happy and painful memories and considerations on dying.

Each Session takes about an hour to an hour and half and you are invited to “begin a voyage of exploration” as you reflect with others on the rich harvest of your life.
