Recovery Workshop

If you have suffered the loss of a partner through separation, divorce or death, then this self-help Workshop may be just what you need to help you move through this very painful and difficult period of your life.

The Program runs over seven weeks and covers aspects such as common feelings and emotions that are experienced at the time of the loss, the difficult decision to move forward, the cyclic phases of grief, the need to let go and forgive in order to rebuild your life, the search for a new identity, making future plans and reinvesting new energy into your life again.

Accredited and trained facilitators lead each Session; all have personal acquaintances with grief and loss.

Each evening includes two video input segments, presented by the Program Producer, Stan Stewart, followed by small group discussions, personal reflection and supper.

The Program is offered once a year, usually in October and November, at St. Mary’s Parish Centre, 458 Main Rd. Noraville.

Cost is $20.00.
